2. About this release 

 

  • A new scribe record can now be submitted without adding patient details, simply open New Scribe and hit record.  It will create a saved record with a record code but will not include any patient details.  
    1. Patient name can be entered without having to open up the full manual entry box.
    2. Name can also be left blank- scribes will save with record code only.
  • 4For users of Scribe on the Ipad we have added a feature to prevent the tablet from sleeping when the is no touch input.  Stopping the recording from timing out.
  • Scribe can now be used for telehealth.  It records the microphone and the speaker together.  Meaning that if a doctor is using a headset they can record from their zoom or teams session.
    1. To enable this mode users need to connect VoiceBox to the computer speakers.  Press connect
    2. Select either the edge/chrome tab or the entire screen if using an app like Zoom or teams.      
    4. Ensure that the “also share system audio” toggle is on.
    5. You can then adjust the volume of both the speakers and microphone.  
    6. Record the consultation as normal.
