2. About this release 

 

  • Gentu Procedure Sync- The Gentu integration has previously synced the doctors Gentu appointment book into VoiceBox.  The integration now includes the procedure bookings so covers all appointment types.   Great for surgeons.
  • Gentu Auto-filing of letters into the patient record.  Gentu VB users can now opt to have their letters delivered straight into the patient file.  This needs to be activated in the Gentu settings.  Also needs to be configured in the recipient section to send to the tenant via Gentu.  Removed all the admin work for the practice.
  • Scribe records created from an integrated patient appointment will now have the recipient pre-populated for sending letters.
  • Subscription billing is not available- Custom subscription plans need to be set up by VoiceBox.  Subscription vs fee per use can be set at a practice level for all users or set for individual doctors.
  • Notification emails can now be sent to different addresses within the practice- for example, invoice to accounts but the account suspension email to the PM.
  • The scribe recording saving bug- process updated to save directly into My Scribes
