All 3 service features within VoiceBox are fee per use, with the subscriptions and access managed via the tenant admin portal. You can opt to make the Live and Scribe features available to the whole practice or select doctors.
- Log in to the Tenant admin portal (Central practice account)
- Select settings from the left hand menu.
- To activate a service click on the desired tile under subscriptions
Dictate:
- Click on dictation subscription
- This will display your current subscription for Dictation.
- Click change to modify.
- You can change between the two subscription models depending on the level of support required by the practice.
- Once updated it will show the change and include it in the subscription history.
- You can change your subscription at any time as often as you like.
OR
- You can also set this at an individual doctor level.
- click on doctors from the left hand menu
- click on the doctor, this will display the doctors settings.
- use the drop-down box to select who is able to proofread the dictations.
- Each doctor can have a different setting.
Live:
- Click on Live
- Use the toggle button to change the status to active. This will set Live as an active service across the practice.
- To activate selected doctors toggle to Active for all Doctors button to Custom
- Type the doctor's name into the field
Click on selected doctors.
- Add all doctors for whom you would like Live to be availabe.
Scribe:
- Click on Scribe
- Toggle the button to active
- Click Save
- To activate for specific doctors, toggle the button to custom
- add the doctors you would like to have scribe activated.
- Click Save.
- You can also set your default template using the drop-down box
- You can also set how long you would like to store Scribe records for (min 3 days, max 6 weeks)
