Attached is a downloadable Quick start Guide for doctors to start using the VoiceBox mobile Application


 

1. Download the VoiceBoxIT app from your app store and log in using your email address and the password you set for the account.

2. From the main record screen select the ‘New’ icon in the circle at the bottom of the screen.

3. You are then asked to add the patient details manually or take a photo of the patient details using the camera on your phone.

  1. Manual entry requires minimum details: patient first name, surname and DOB.

  1. Image uploads require the same information captured on a patient label or photo of your screen.

4. Start your dictation using the red circular button. You can stop and start the recording using the same button. Once complete, submit the letter using the blue button in the bottom left corner. The patient details will be added to the letter by the proofreading team.

5. You can add the recipient details manually or dictate the recipient name and clinic name/location and the proofreaders will add it for you.

 

 

 

 

6.  All your recordings will be visible in All Records.

 

7. The status of each record can be seen on the right-hand side.

8. You can use the filter to define what type of record you are looking for.

9. To view letters ready for approval – select ‘Transcribed’ 

 

10. Open a record and review

 

  1. You can edit the record by selecting the blue ‘Edit’ button

  1. Once edited select the blue ‘Approve’ button - a pop up will ask you to confirm that you want to approve.

 

  1. Once approved, letters are sent to the recipients.

11. If your letter is rejected by our proofreaders, you can navigate to this by using the filter and selecting – ‘Proofreader Rejected Records’.

 

 

12. The rejection reason is at the top of the record.

13.  You will need to edit the letter manually.

 

 

 

 

14. You can then approve the letter or resubmit it with further instructions for the proofreaders if required.
