15 STEPS
1 The new updates for VoiceBox include a number of cool, new mobile features.
2 On iPhone Apps users will be notified of transcribed letters awaiting approval, by the red warning number. Here there is one letter waiting for approval.
3 In this example we have filtered by "Transcribed" letters. There is one letter awaiting approval. Select this record.
4 Review the transcript, and use the zoom control to enlarge the text.
5 Now use your thumb and index finger to enlarge the text to your preferred size.
6 You can swipe text left to right to read the body of the text.
7 If changes are required, select Edit to make corrections to the text.
8 Touch the field of text that you'd like to change.
9 The keyboard will appear. Now you can type in new text or remove and amend existing text.
10 When you have finished select Save.
11 The letter can be approved by pressing Approve.
12 Now confirm this to initiate delivery.
13 To return to Records select Back.
14 Adjust the filter in Records for your required view. Here we remove "Transcribed" by pressing X.
15 That's it! Now you've returned to the Records page to review your other files.
