This is the Voice Box Dashboard View - the place where your daily Voice Box activities start.
This tutorial will orientate you here.
2 First, instructions for Voice Box can be accessed by clicking the information icon
3 Next, Voice Box Support can be accessed by clicking the query icon
4 Here you will be able to access the knowledge base, submit a support ticket, contact our support team (9 to 5 Eastern Time) or chat on web chat, or the phone.
5 Click on the My Account icon to access your Account Details

Back to the Dashboard.
There are a series of fast links to Doctor and Proof Reader Records in this view. Doctors or secretaries who are not Admin Users will only see icons that relate to their work.
7 The Records tab is where all dictation and transcription records can be accessed
8 Find the Records you want by adjusting these search fields

Through the Record Dictation tab is where you can start a new letter.
Minimum patient details required for dictation are: name, and date of birth. This can be entered manually, or by uploading a photo.
10 My Record lists all of the doctor's dictation, transcripts and sent letters.

My Dictionary, is a list of words that have been added to improve the voice to text accuracy.
Enter unusual or frequently misspelt words here. It will be updated by proof readers routinely.

The Proof Reader side panel has tabs that relates to Proof Reader work flows.
Proof Readers will receive new work (voice to text transcripts) in their Inbox.
13 Their completed transcriptions will appear in My Transcriptions.

Administration Users can oversee all users in this panel.
All doctors in the tenancy are listed under Doctors.
New doctors would be added through this tab.
15 To enter a New Doctor click New
16 Add all details, including email address
17 And Provider Number
18 And then click Save
19 After saving the new doctor, open their file in order to activate their subscription through invitation.

Click Send Invitation and they will be able to log in using their email.
This page also allows you to reset a doctor's passwords if needed.
21 You can add your own staff as Proof Readers, following a similar pathway (if this is your subscription level). Do this by clicking Proof Reader on the side bar.

Back to the side Bar.
Editors can also be added by Administration Users.
An Editor is a senior proof reader with editorial control.
24 Through the Recipient tab, clinics can curate their own list of recipients.
25 Recipients can be added individually by clicking New.
26 Remember to carefully add the Fax Number, with the area code - but without the first zero - to ensure correct fax delivery
27 Bulk lists can be imported via csv file by clicking Import. You can contact support to help with formatting these uploads.

Back to the Dashboard.
By clicking the Reports tab, Administration users can produce Reports to track delivery status, and proof reader activities.
