22 STEPS
1 To Register for Voice Box Intelligent Transcription, we need your name, ABN and credit card details. The first step is to open Voice Box in a web browser, and click Register
2 Enter the Email Address for the Primary Practice User
3 Now you're ready to Get Started
4 Enter the Access Code that has been sent to your nominated Email address
5 We explain the details of Voice Box in the Service Agreement. Click on the link
6 Read and understand the Service Agreement - which will open in another window
7 Confirm that you have read, and accepted the Service Agreement
8 Click Continue to Account Details
9 Add your First Name
10 Now Add your Last Name
11 Click Continue to Password
12 Enter a Password
13 Click Continue to Company info
14 Nominate the name of your Company, or enter your name if you're a Sole Trader
15 Now Enter your Business ABN
16 Select the most appropriate primary specialty for your practice. This allows us to align your account with proof readers who have worked in your field before.
17 After completing your company details Click Continue
18 Complete payment details by securely entering the practice's Credit card details
19 Then Click Continue to the last step
20 Choose and then enter a name for your practice's voicebox web domain
21 Click Complete Registration
22 That's it, now you're ready to enter the platform and finalize your practice details and set up.
